Is eating too many eggs harmful to health? Or is there any benefit to it? You will find people giving different types of opinions regarding this. But a university student tried it directly and consumed 720 eggs in four weeks. Nick Norwitz, a doctoral student at Harvard University, ate 720 eggs over four weeks and closely monitored his blood to see its effects. Its results were somewhat surprising for him.

What they found was shocking after new studies revealed that too many eggs are bad for you due to increased cholesterol levels and subsequent heart disease. Dr Norwitz decided to put it to the test, reports the Irish Mirror. He was convinced that his low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, considered ‘bad cholesterol’, would actually go down if he ate the equivalent of one egg every hour of the day for a month.

He did not reveal what else he ate apart from eggs, nor what his daily exercise routine was. But she did say that after the first two weeks, she started eating 60 grams of carbohydrates per day, which is equivalent to two bananas or 21 ounces of blueberries.
