Madhya Pradesh News: Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia’s son Mahaaryaman Scindia is organizing the ‘Madhya Pradesh Premier League Cricket Tournament Competition’ in Gwalior. Meanwhile, the Congress has raised a big question regarding the competition. Congress spokesperson Abbas Hafiz has asked several questions to Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia in a press conference.
Congress state spokesperson Abbas Hafiz said, "MPL has been started by Jyotiraditya Scindia’s son Mahaaryaman Scindia. Mahaaryaman Scindia is an official of the Gwalior Division Cricket Association. So why is Som Distillery, which has been in the news recently, the biggest sponsor of MPL?"
‘Why is Jyotiraditya Scindia in favor of this company?’
Abbas Hafiz said, "Jyotiraditya Scindia should clarify why he is in favor of this company? This company has been accused of irregularities and child labor. Do you have any relationship with that company? Is strict action not being taken against this company just because it is your sponsor?" Congress leader Abbas Hafeez said that Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and the government should answer this.
Let us tell you that on the occasion of the launch of MPL, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and many other ministers were present. Five teams are participating in this competition, in which Gwalior, Bhopal, Rewa Malwa and Jabalpur will play. These teams include Gwalior Cheetah, Malwa Panther, Jabalpur Lions, Bhopal Leopard and Rewa Jaguars. All the matches of MPL are being played in the newly built Madhav Rao International Stadium in Gwalior.
Recently, Mahaaryaman Scindia had organized a press conference in the capital Bhopal regarding the MPLA cricket competition, in which he told that he is determined to realize the dream seen by his late grandfather Madhavrao Scindia years ago. He had said that he would try that cricket has got a new identity at the international level in the form of IPL in the country at this time. He says that Madhya Pradesh cricket team should also get a place in this international IPL competition.
