Free Gas Cylinder: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a big gift to Uttar Pradesh in view of the upcoming festivals Navratri and Diwali. On the occasion of Diwali, CM Yogi has announced to give free LPG cylinders to all the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. This will benefit about two crore families of the state. A free cylinder on this festival will be no less than a great gift for women.
In view of the festivals, CM Yogi Adityanath held a meeting with the officials on Tuesday and gave necessary guidelines to everyone. During this, he has instructed the officials to provide free cylinders to women on Diwali under the Prime Minister Ujjwala Scheme. CM said that the concerned officers should complete all the formalities related to this.

Giving information about this, CM wrote on Twitter – ‘On the occasion of Diwali, free LPG cylinders are to be distributed to all the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. In every case, LPG cylinders should be available at the homes of all the beneficiaries before Diwali.
The Chief Minister told the officials in the meeting that all the formalities for providing the first free cylinder by Diwali should be completed in time. There are more than two crore beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in UP. Among these, there are many whose gas connection is not linked to Aadhaar. In such situations, many types of problems arise. CM has also asked the officials to work in this regard.

Under this, these cylinders are given free under Ujjwala scheme on the festivals of Holi and Diwali. These cylinders are given to the families who fulfill the conditions of Ujjwala.
