This bridge is clearly visible in the recent satellite images. This bridge has been built on the narrowest part of the lake in Khurnak area of Ladakh. Which is connecting the northern and southern parts of Ladakh. Satellite images show that the construction of the bridge has been completed this month. Now through this, the movement of soldiers of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army will be easy. At the same time, in the year 2022, news came that the Chinese army was building a bridge in Khurnak, the narrowest area of Pangong Tso Lake. Later it was found that it was a service bridge, which was being used to build a big bridge.
Soldiers will be able to go with tanks
Damien Simon shared the latest pictures of the Chinese structure on his X handle and said that the pictures indicate that the new bridge is ready. Asphalt has been laid on its surface recently. This bridge increases the mobility of the Chinese army in the area, which will provide easy access to Indian bases around the lake. Chinese soldiers will be able to go with tanks on this bridge, which will help them reach southern areas like Rejang La. This is the same place where Indian soldiers drove away the Chinese in 2020.

Now after the construction of the bridge, China is trying to send its army and weapons to Pangong Lake. It is also planning to expand its presence in Ladakh. In satellite images, a road built on the narrow part of the lake can be seen. In such a situation, China seems to be preparing to carry out an operation by sending its army and weapons to the South Area, because after the construction of this bridge, China will not have to travel 180 kilometers to reach the South Area of Ladakh.
