Tibet Issue in China : To teach a lesson to China’s Xi Jinping government, the Tibetan government in exile has made a new plan. Just as China is changing the names of Tibetan areas and issuing a new map, similarly the exiled government will now prepare a new map of Tibet. According to the Times of India report, China has changed the names of many important places in Tibet. China is doing all this because the Chinese feel that by using new names, people will forget the old Tibet. Now the exiled Tibetan government has found a solution to this strategy of China. According to the report, the central administration of the exiled Tibetan government will prepare a map of Tibet on the basis of historical records. However, this may take a lot of time.

‘It will take 6 months to a year’
Central Tibetan Administration President Penpa Tsering Sikyong said that we will prepare a map with Tibetan names. Work on this has just started. It may take six months to a year. At the same time, Tibetan Youth Congress President Gompo Dhondup said that this is the right time for us to counter China’s propaganda and fight for justice. We should appreciate it. He said that a new map will be brought to refute China’s baseless claims. This will be a very strong message to counter Chinese aggression.

China has also changed the names of Indian regions
The Xi Jinping government of China has also changed the names of many areas of India, to which the Indian government has given a befitting reply many times. In the month of April, news came that China has changed the names of 30 places in Arunachal Pradesh by calling it its part. According to the South China Morning Post, these included 11 residential areas, 12 mountains, 4 rivers, a pond and a road passing through the mountains. These names were released in Chinese, Tibetan and Roman. China has done this for the fourth time in the last 7 years.
