Chhattisgarh Assembly Election 2023: The second phase of Chhattisgarh Assembly elections is on 17th November. Assets of 60 MLAs increased

In the year 2018, the average assets of these 66 MLAs contesting re-election from various parties including independents was Rs 12.98 crore, which will be Rs 13.74 crore in 2023. According to the report, “The average asset growth of these 66 re-contesting MLAs between Chhattisgarh Assembly elections 2018 and 2023 is Rs 76.45 lakh.” The report also says that the average percentage increase in assets of these 66 MLAs contesting elections again is 6 percent.

Congress MLA from Takhatpur Assembly seat Rashmi Ashish Singh has announced a maximum increase in assets of Rs 12.70 crore, i.e. from Rs 8.73 crore in 2018 to Rs 21.44 crore in 2023. Whereas the assets of Shivkumar Dahariya of Congress from Arang (SC) assembly constituency have increased by Rs 10.99 crore. Which has increased from Rs 2.37 crore in 2018 to Rs 13.37 crore in 2023.

Know which MLA’s wealth increased by how much

According to the report, the assets of Congress MLA from Patan assembly constituency Baghel have increased by Rs 10.33 crore, from Rs 23.05 crore in 2018 to Rs 33.38 crore in 2023. It has been said in the report that the wealth of Chief Minister Baghel has increased by 45 percent. Even the assets of Ashish Chhabra, MLA from Bemetara assembly seat, have increased by Rs 8.15 crore. Which has increased from Rs 6.61 crore to Rs 14.76 crore in 2018, which has seen an increase of 126 percent. Meanwhile, the assets of BJP MLA from Raipur City South Assembly seat Brijmohan Agarwal also saw an increase of Rs 7.35 crore (72 percent), from Rs 10.14 crore in 2018 to Rs 17.49 crore in the 2023 assembly elections.

The report also says that the average increase in assets of 49 MLAs contesting re-election in Chhattisgarh is 3.19 percent. The report said that in 2018, the average assets of 49 MLAs were Rs 15.32 crore, which has now increased to Rs 15.80 crore, which has seen a jump of Rs 48.83 lakh. Meanwhile, the average assets of 12 MLAs contesting re-election in Chhattisgarh have increased by 19.05 percent. Independent MLA’s assets worth crores

In Chhattisgarh, the average assets of two BSP MLAs contesting re-election have increased by 67.81 percent. In 2018, the average assets of both the MLAs was Rs 2.04 crore, which has now increased to Rs 3.42 crore with an increase of Rs 1.38 crore. In Chhattisgarh, the average wealth of two MLAs contesting re-election of Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) has increased by 49.59 percent. In 2018, the average assets of both the MLAs were Rs 4.77 crore, which has now increased by Rs 2.36 crore to Rs 7.14 crore.

The average increase in the assets of an independent MLA contesting re-election in Chhattisgarh is 256.78 percent. The average wealth of MLAs in 2018 was Rs 57.71 lakh, which has now increased to Rs 2.05 crore with an increase of Rs 1.48 crore. According to media reports, the second phase of voting for 70 assembly seats is to be held on November 17. The first phase of voting for 20 assembly seats was held on November 7. Counting of votes will take place on December 3.
