Budhni Seat By Election: After the resignation of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, by-elections will be held on the Budhni assembly seat. Congress has already started making strategy regarding this. Congress leaders say that this time a local candidate will contest on the Budhni assembly seat and not an outsider.

It is noteworthy that after former Chief Minister and Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan became an MP and then a Union Minister, the Budhni assembly seat has now become vacant. A by-election is to be held on the Budhni assembly seat in the coming time. Congress has made its strategy regarding this. State Congress Committee spokesperson Mukesh Nayak says that a meeting has already been held a few days ago regarding the by-election.

Vikram Mastan was made to contest the election
In this meeting, all the Congress leaders have unanimously decided that this time a local Congress leader will be fielded on the Budhni assembly seat. In the assembly elections 2023, Vikram Mastan was fielded against former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan from here. Spokesperson Mukesh Nayak says that this time preparations have already been made to field a local and strong leader.

If Congress wants, it can field Patwari or Singhar- BJP
BJP’s state co-media in-charge Sachin Saxena says that if Congress wants, it can try to field state president Jeetu Patwari or leader of opposition Umang Singhar from Budhni assembly seat. He said that Budhni assembly seat has always blessed the BJP. Development is the biggest issue in Budhni assembly seat, not local or outsider. BJP has always stood up to the mark on this issue.
