Government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started home delivery of SIM cards at many places in the country. The company outsources delivery to other entities. Earlier this year, it partnered with Prune to begin delivery in select areas of Gurugram and Ghaziabad. Now the telecom operator is doing SIM card delivery in Kerala.
