While posting on Twitter, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Russia’s heritage city Kazan. Upon his arrival there he was warmly welcomed by the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
“PM Narendra Modi lands in the heritage city of Kazan, Russia. On arrival, the PM was warmly received by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov,” tweets MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal.
