BMW Starts Booking for Most Expensive Electric Scooter in India, Know Price, Specifications

Luxury car maker BMW is soon preparing to launch its premium electric scooter in the country. The company’s two-wheeler unit BMW Motorrad has started booking for the electric scooter CE 04. CE 04 will be launched on July 24. Booking for this can be done at BMW Motorrad dealerships. Its price will be announced soon.

CE 04 is already being sold in the international market. Its price abroad is around $ 11,795. It can be launched in the country at a price of around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). electric scooter The CE 04 is over two meters in length and thus looks like a maxi-style scooter. The CE 04 will be powered by a liquid-cooled PMS electric motor that can generate around 41 bhp of power and around 60 Nm of peak torque. It has a top speed of 120 kmph. The 8.9 kW battery pack of this electric scooter provides a range of about 130 km on a single charge. Its battery can be charged up to 100 percent in a little more than four hours. Using a DC fast charger, its charging time is reduced to about 1.40 hours. The CE 04 has features like TFT display, LED headlamp, ABS, electronic reverse and USB C.

It has been brought as a completely built unit (CBU) unit. The BMW i5 M60 has a battery pack of 83.9 kW. Its range on a single charge is about 516 km. It has a dual electric motor.
