Bharatpur Lok Adalat News: Lok Adalat was organized in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan today on Saturday (13 July). Thousands of such cases were settled in Lok Adalat in which the parties were visiting the court for many years. Today more than 200 family cases were settled. In most of these cases, the husband and wife returned to their homes from the court together.

Maintenance money has been provided in many cases going on in the family court. Apart from this, disputes related to electricity, bank, land disputes were also resolved through mutual agreement. A case was resolved in Lok Adalat in which the wife returned to her home with her husband and children.

Husband and wife garlanded each other
Both the husband and wife, residents of village Astal of Lakhanpur police station area, had filed a case against each other in the court. Rohitash, a resident of Astal, told that he was married to Dev Kumari, a resident of Mahdau village of Fatehpur Sikri area of ​​​​Agra district in Uttar Pradesh in 2015. After marriage, Rohitash and Dev Kumari had two children, the elder boy is 7 years old and the younger girl is 3 years old. About 1 year ago, there was a rift between the two over some issue. Both the children started living with Rohitash.

During this time, Dev Kumari filed a dowry harassment case against Rohitash in Agra court. On the other hand, Rohitash also filed a case against Dev Kumari under section 9. The case of both was going on. Today, both of them were counselled in Lok Adalat. After which both agreed to live with each other. Both garlanded each other in the court. After which Dev Kumari went home with her husband and children. Rohitash works as a motor winder in Ucchain.

District Judge Keshav Kaushik has informed that National Lok Adalat is being organized in District Bharatpur Headquarters and other courts of Bharatpur by District Legal Services Authority under the aegis of National Legal Authority and State Legal Committee Jaipur and Jodhpur. 22 benches have been constituted in Lok Adalat for banking, motor accident, electricity bill related cases and other matters in which both the parties can settle mutually. Today in Lok Adalat, along with more than two hundred family cases, mutual settlement has been done in thousands of cases.
