You can register by filling in your basic details, post which you will be sent an examination link. Once you clear the merit test, an interview is supposedly to follow. Those who clear the interview receive the confirmation letter to join the program.

Note: You can write your exam and give your interview being at your home using your mobile or laptop.

2. What is the overall fees of the Axis Bank Banking Operations Program and how can we pay it?

As per website, it’s 1.65Lakhs which is exclusive of GST. Once we add the GST the sum comes to be approximately around Rs 1,94,700/-. This fees can be paid by taking a loan from axis bank or by self-funding and paying the sum in 2 installments.

3. What is the duration of the Axis Bank Banking Operations Program?

The overall duration of the course is 45 days, which will be followed by an Internship and then OJT(On Job Training).

4. Is there any registration fees for the assessment test?

Yes, there is a nominal fees of Rs. 199/- which is also mentioned on their website and can be paid while registering.

Well, both of these have their own perks and it can be understood by taking a glance at what work has to be performed under each one of these.

Wholesale operations which leads you  to a career of Credit Banking and Trade Finance is usually done for Larger units and not individual customers. Clients here are sometimes another Bank or some government entity.

Retail operations on the other hand leads you to a career into processing of customer requests and queries which can be related to any banking work.

Not really, if you have it then its good to carry it to do some hands on practice for understanding banking softwares usage which are taught as part of the IT class included in the course.

The classroom timing are from 9:00AM to 5:30PM.

Well, since this is just the first batch on going so we do not have much information but the faculties have indicated the students that it is going to be a operations only program as mentioned in the website.

No, there is no guarantee of you getting you job at your hometown irrespective of your gender. This will be based on PAN India openings and you can be posted anywhere. But, those who come metro cities or tier-1 cities have high chances of getting it as their job locations since most corporate bank branches are in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai.

No, a formal dress code is expected to be maintained by each candidate and has to be brought by the candidates themselves. We discovered that Jeans are strictly not allowed for any gender and uniform should mandatorily be formals only.

15. Is there a qualification exam after 45 days of Axis Bank Banking Operations Program?

No, for the banking operations there are no exams to be conducted or passed as a mandate to get the job(as per our info). Since this is a job-guarantee program you are assured at the beginning to get a job. But the thing to be noted here is you will be evaluated based on quizzes and presentation during your course tenure at Manipal.

16. What is the eligibility criteria for Axis Bank Banking Operations Program?

You are eligible if:
  • Your age is less than 30 Years
  • Graduation Degree (10+2+3 pattern or 10+2+4 pattern) is compulsory
  • Graduates with aggregate of 60% and above in all semesters of Graduation.
  • Candidates in the final year who have appeared for their final Semester Exam can also apply*
You are not eligible if:
  • You have a relative working at Axis Bank in accordance to the relative hiring policy of the Bank.
  • You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time
  • You have been convicted under any criminal statutes or consumer forums
  • Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you
