Amarwara Assembly Bye Election 2024 withdrawal of nomination date over BJP Congress ann

Amarwara Assembly Bye Election 2024: Today is the last date for filing nominations for the by-elections being held on the Amarwada seat of Chhindwara district. The time for filing nominations was till 3 pm. So far, 17 candidates had submitted 26 nomination forms, out of which one candidate’s form was rejected, while now 16 candidates are in the fray.

Let us tell you that after Congress MLA from Amarwara assembly seat of Chhindwara district Kamlesh Shah resigned, he joined BJP. After his resignation, by-elections are now being held on this seat. According to the schedule announced by the Election Commission for the by-election, June 21 was the last date for filing nominations, while today, June 26, is the last date for withdrawing nominations.

17 candidates had filed nominations
By the last date of filing nominations, 26 nomination papers were filed by 17 candidates. During scrutiny of nomination papers on June 24, nomination form of one candidate was rejected, while nomination forms of 16 candidates were found to be correct. Today was the last date for withdrawing nominations. Voting will be held here on July 10, while counting of votes will be held on July 13.

That is why by-elections are being held
Let us tell you that in the assembly elections held six months ago, Congress had captured all the seven seats of Chhindwara, but Lok Sabha Elections Before this, Congress MLA from Amarwara seat Kamlesh Shah had joined BJP and resigned from the post of MLA. After his resignation, by-elections are being held here. The special thing is that BJP has made Kamlesh Shah its candidate.

Kamlesh Pratap Shah from BJP, Dheeraj Shah Inwati from Congress, Rita Markam from National Gondwana Party, Deviram alias Devravedan Bhalavi from Gondwana Republic Party, Chandradeep from Ahimsa Samaj Party, Shobharam Bhalavi from Congress, Naveen Markam from Congress, Dharmendra Singh Meda from Jaiprakash Janata Dal, Anneshree Dhurve from All India Gondwana Party, Charan Deep from Ahimsa Samaj Party, Rajkumar Sariam from Janseva Gondwana Party, Mahesh Kumar Inwati from National Gondwana Party, Atul Raj Uikey from Janseva Gondwana Party, Independents Pawan Shah Sariam, Bhagwandas Bharti, Jatan Uikey are included.
