Kamal Nath News: By-election is being held on Amarwada assembly seat of Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. Kamal Nath addressed the public meeting in support of Congress candidate Shri Dhirensha Sukhramdas (Dada Ji). He said that 45 years ago there were no roads, water and electricity in Chhindwara. Today Chhindwara is known all over the country. Kamal Nath said that he never let the public bow their heads. He arranged for electricity in 400 out of 2000 villages of Chhindwara.
Kamal Nath said that 45 years ago there was no road, there was no water and no electricity. We walked 7 kilometers. There were big potholes. While going there, I remembered my youth and how I had gone to my grandfather to seek his blessings before the first election and the changed Chhindwara is in front of you.

He said, “I have a very old relationship with all of you. You created the identity of Chhindwara and today Chhindwara is known all over the country. Wherever you go, you can say with pride that I am from Chhindwara and I did not let your head bow down, what sin have I committed. You tell me what mistake did I make, what crime did I commit in these 45 years. What injustice did I do, I never let your head bow down because of Kamal Nath.”
He said that I remember that out of 2000 villages in Chhindwara, 400 villages had electricity. Electricity was arranged in every village. I arranged for electricity in every village. He said that in Chhindwara, loans of 80 thousand farmers were waived in the first installment.
