UP News: In Aligarh, a sit-in protest is being held at the District School Inspector’s office under the banner of the Secondary Education Association. This protest is regarding the long pending 13-point demands of the teachers, in which former MLC Jagveer Kishore Jain in Aligarh has opened a front against the current government by reaching the sit-in protest of the teachers’ association.

The former MLC claims that the current government is showing partiality towards the teachers, whereas the government should accept all their demands, but their demands have not been met for a long time, due to which a letter is being sent by him today to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath regarding the 13-point demand.

“Teachers will show their strength in the by-election”

This letter is sent to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh through the District School Inspector. yogi adityanath The names of the teachers are being sent, but if their demands are not met soon, a big protest will be organized. Teachers will be seen from the streets to the Parliament. Teachers will make their strength felt in the by-elections before the 2027 elections.

If we talk about the present government, then the government is demanding from the teachers. This is the reason why the government is not ready to fulfill their demands. Teachers are an integral part of the system but the government avoids this fact.

What does the former MLC of SP say?

Former SP MLC Jagveer Kishore Jain said that just as the then Atal Bihari Vajpayee government had to come on the back foot in front of the teachers, in the same way The Yogi government will also have to come on the back foot. The teachers have currently staged a symbolic protest. A bigger protest will be held in the coming time. The teachers are constantly fighting for their legitimate demands, but the government is ignoring them.

Unfunded teachers are made to work equally, but they are not paid the same salary as other government teachers, which is a long standing demand. Teachers are coming out on the streets demanding restoration of old pension, but the government is not ready to see them. The only support of teachers in old age is their old pension, but the present government is considering its restoration as a milestone.

Whereas for teachers, the old pension is a sufficient means of living, which has been abolished by the current government. If their demand is not met, preparations will be made for a big demonstration. Regarding this, he has come to Aligarh today and has joined the protest with the teachers. He has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government through the District School Inspector.
