According to news agency PTI, while speaking to the media in Delhi, NCP chief and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said that Fadnavis’ offer to step down as Deputy CM is an internal matter of the BJP and there is no reason to discuss it in the NDA meeting in Delhi. Ajit Pawar’s faction’s NCP has won one seat in the Maharashtra Lok Sabha elections.
