Patna News: All India Students Association (AISA) state secretary Sabir Kumar and state president Preeti Kumari issued a joint press statement saying that we are shocked by the death of Harsh Kumar, a student of BN College of Patna University and share the grief of the bereaved family who are suffering this irreparable loss. Taking strict action against Chandan Yadav, one of the accused, AISA has expelled him from the primary membership of the organization with immediate effect. Chandan Yadav was inactive for a long time, staying away from the activities of the organization and now his involvement in this accident has come to light.
AISA’s allegation on the government
Demanding the arrest and severe punishment of all the accused involved in the fight and those responsible for the death of Harsh Kumar, AISA has said that the government is not concerned about the student community which is facing the chaotic environment and insecurity in the university. Incidents like fighting, bombing, firing are increasing rapidly in the university. Lives are being lost due to the fatal negligence of the university administration and the government.
Further, the organization said that there should be a high level investigation of this extremely painful incident and the culprits should be punished immediately. Let us tell you that the police has made Chandan Yadav an accused in the Harsh murder case. Chandan Yadav was a member of the leftist student organization AISA. AISA is the student wing of CPI ML, which is part of the grand alliance.
There was a fight in Patna Law College
Let us tell you that Harsh Kumar, a student studying in BN College of Patna University, had gone to Patna Law College to give his exam on Monday. When he came out after giving the exam, some people beat him up outside the gate. In a hurry, the injured Harsh was admitted to PMCH. But he died during treatment. In the police investigation done so far, this angle is coming up that a few days ago there was a Dandiya Night program, during which student Harsh had a dispute with Chandan Yadav. Chandan Yadav has committed the incident due to this dispute. At the same time, Harsh was a resident of Majhauli village of Vaishali block.
