A passenger who traveled by Air India from Delhi to Newark has posted pictures on micro-blogging site X. These pictures are of the food, seats and luggage of the flight. This passenger has posted the pictures and has strongly condemned the journey of Air India and has written that this journey was like a horror story.
This Air India passenger, whose name is appearing as Vinit on X, wrote that he had booked a business class ticket worth Rs 5 lakh from Delhi to Newark. But the experience was so bad that even his luggage was found in damaged condition. According to him, the seats of the flight were torn and the sheets were dirty, even the food served was half-cooked.
