New Delhi. A happy news has come for Indian cricket fans. Afghanistan team will play a test in Greater Noida. The team with which this test match will be played is New Zealand. New Zealand team will come to Greater Noida for the first time. After the year 2020, Afghanistan team is coming to Greater Noida after 4 years in 2024. This match will be held at Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex. Which is also the home ground of the Afghanistan team.

According to the Times of India report, the Afghanistan team will play a Test series against New Zealand in Greater Noida of Delhi-NCR. Yes, a Test match will be played between New Zealand and Afghanistan from 9 to 13 September at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida. The Afghanistan team has played a series in this stadium before as well. Afghanistan last played a match in Greater Noida in 2020.

After getting permission from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the management has started preparations before the match. Preparations have also started for the pitch. The match will be held from September 9. That means there is still more than a month left for it. The teams of both have not been announced yet. It remains to be seen which players come to India and who will lead both the teams.
