Imagine if a foreign tourist comes to India and insults any of our ancient or important statues, climbs on it and starts taking photos, how will we feel? Of course we will get angry and express our displeasure. Something similar happened in Japan, when a female tourist sat on a dog statue and got her photo taken. This video of her was recorded and people are criticizing her a lot. She is being trolled on social media. But the question arises that why is this statue of a dog (Woman sit on dog statue Japan video) so important that the Japanese people respect it so much?
Recently a video has been posted on Instagram account @8dayssg which is from Tokyo, Japan (Tokyo Hachiko Statue viral video). In this video you can see that a woman is sitting on a dog statue and getting her photo taken. A person standing below her is taking her photo with his phone. People passing by are watching the woman. After a few moments she jumps down and then goes away. Many people were very angry with this act of the woman.
