A man was cleaning the house when he came across a ‘rare’ thing, which changed the world, people were stunned to see it.

While cleaning old houses, many times such rare things are found that it is unbelievable. Same thing happened with a person in London. He was cleaning an old house when his hand collided with two boxes. He had never seen this. But when opened, two very old computers were found inside. But I was surprised when I came to know that this was one of the world’s first desktop computers, which changed the whole world.

According to the Mirror report, London-based Just Clear boss Brendan O’Shea said, initially I thought it was a typewriter. Because it looked exactly the same. But when I asked people online about it and took advice from computer experts, I came to know shocking things. Experts said that this is the world’s first desktop computer. These have been made by the American company Q1 Corporation. This model was powered by a single-chip microprocessor. It was launched in 1972. This computer with a neon-orange plasma display was brilliant in design. This computer of excellent quality was one of the most useful devices of its time. At that time only a few pieces were brought to Britain. Two of these computers were kept in Brandon’s house. Brendan said, I could not even imagine that the world’s rarest computer would be kept in my house.

put these things up for auction
Oshea’s company does house cleaning work. He said, while cleaning the house, our teams find many things, some of which are of historical importance, but I never thought that we would find something so important for the field of technology, which changed the whole world. Many times we put these things up for auction. Many times these are also sent to exhibitions. This is an even rarer thing. I had never seen such a computer before.

So no PC, no Apple or Android phones
Paul Neve, professor of computer science at Kingston University, said, if there was no Q1 computer, we would not have seen any PC, any Mac, any Apple or Android phone today. These discoveries in the 1970s and 1980s changed the whole world. Whatever we see today in the form of displays or modern computers, phones, it laid the foundation for it. It has been displayed in the university so that people can know about it. Along with these, the Atari, Sinclair ZX81, ZX Spectrum, Sinclair QL, BBC Micro, Acorn Electron, Amstrad, Commodore and Dragon 32 are also displayed.
