She has been admitted to the hospital for treatment where her condition remains critical. After this video went viral, there has been a stir in the police department.

The case is of Bairgania police station area of ​​Sitamarhi district, where on Thursday morning at 6.30 am, ward councilor representative of ward number 26, Sanjay Singh, called JDU women cell district president Kamni Patel for a panchayat. When she reached there, the crowd misbehaved with her. The worst part was that she was beaten with slippers and shoes and garlanded and a video of it was made and made viral on social media.

One arrested in the case

Meanwhile, Sitamarhi SP Manoj Kumar Tiwari said that the incident was carried out due to a previous dispute. Many comments were made on social media between the two parties. At present, one person has been arrested by the police. Interrogation is going on in the case. The case will be solved soon.

JDU spokesperson’s statement comes

JDU spokesperson Anjum Ara said that the police have arrested a person in this case. The arrested person is ward councilor Sanjay Singh. This is not about any party leader, this is about women’s safety. In Nitish Kumar’s government, anyone who treats women like this will be punished. People who insult and misbehave with women fall in the category of criminals.
