Mangalore: A rare incident has come to light in Kinnigoli area of Mulki taluk, where a cow gave birth to a calf with two heads. Jayarama Jogi, a resident of Damas Katte Dujalagudi, gave birth to this unique calf. The calf has one body but two heads. Both heads are joined together and have a total of four eyes, out of which the middle two eyes are not working, while the other two eyes are working normally.
Calf is unable to stand
This calf is unable to stand yet, so it is being fed milk from a bottle given to children. This is the second calf of the cow and this time she has given birth to a female calf. The family members are more worried about the health of this unique calf than the birth of a female calf.
The weight of the head is becoming a problem for the calf
The calf is trying to stand up, but is unable to maintain balance as the weight of its head is more than its body. Apart from this, it is unable to drink cow’s milk directly, so the family members are feeding it milk through a bottle.

The veterinarian examined the calf and said it is healthy for now, but its condition may change in the future. The doctor says that the life of the calf will depend entirely on care.
