It is being claimed that recently a phone call of Sheikh Hasina was leaked, in which she is heard talking about returning to Bangladesh soon. However, there has been no official response on this phone call yet.
What did Sheikh Hasina say on the phone call?
According to the Dhaka Tribune report, in this phone call, Sheikh Hasina is talking to a person named Tanvir who is said to be the leader of the Awami League party in America. On the call, Tanvir apprised Sheikh Hasina of the current problems of Bangladesh and said that the country is facing many difficulties. Tanvir also said that many leaders are forced to leave their constituencies and stay outside due to legal cases.

In the phone call, Sheikh Hasina was also heard warning Tanvir. Sheikh Hasina told Tanvir not to return to Bangladesh right now or else she too may have to face many difficulties. Tanvir informed Hasina about rallies abroad and said that support is being continuously gathered here too. Expressing concern over the situation in Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina said that she will soon return to Bangladesh and is very close to it. Along with this, Sheikh Hasina also talked about the economy and completely rejected the allegations of corruption against her.
