In the famous Nithari case of Noida, the victims are in shock after the acquittal of the main accused Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli by the Allahabad High Court after a trial that lasted for almost 17 years. After the decision on Monday, once again the pain of the victims has come out.

At the same time, after the decision, questions have once again started being raised as to whose bones were found in the drain of Nithari. At present only two victim families live in Nithari. One of them has demanded a re-investigation of the matter.

The other person expressed his anger by throwing a brick at Pandher’s house. The victims have demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to re-investigate the matter.

After the decision of Allahabad High Court on Monday, a crowd of people gathered at D-5 Kothi located in Sector 31 of Noida.

Various types of discussions started taking place regarding the acquittal of Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli. Sunita, mother of Jyoti (10), who went missing in this case, burst into tears after hearing the news of the High Court’s decision. They do not believe in the acquittal of both of them.
