Deepender Hooda Attack On BJP: In view of the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana, verbal attacks have started between the ruling and opposition leaders. Congress MP Deepender Hooda has cornered the state’s Naib Singh Saini government on the issue of development. He has alleged that the Saini government is counting the works of former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda as its own.

Taking a jibe further, he wrote, “The public will suspend such a government which even after 10 years is counting the works of the Hooda government in the districts and saying that the Congress did nothing!”

According to a PTI report, several Congress MPs from Haryana protested in the Parliament premises on Friday over the alleged neglect of the state government in the Union Budget and said that people will similarly ignore the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections as well.

Rohtak MP Deepender Hooda claimed that there was no provision for Haryana in the budget and that party colleagues from the state were targeted by Union minister Lallan Singh for raising the issue in the House. “Singh asked them to focus on what the budget has for the country and not for Haryana,” he said.

Hooda asked, “Is Haryana not a part of the country? The government has an objection to our demand for a state. Let me tell them that people will ignore the BJP in the elections just as the state has been ignored in the budget. Assembly elections in Haryana are expected to be held in October.
