These days, it takes a lot of courage, determination and patience to watch films that talk about the country’s new or old history. The creativity of the creators says that they will remain calm, balanced and neutral while commenting on the past, present or future, but time is running. And it is running so fast that even films made to be released before the elections are lagging behind in keeping pace with it. Actor Sharad Kelkar’s voice with a voice similar to “I am time” keeps reminding us of time again and again in the film “Accident or Conspiracy Godhra”. The time is of the year 2002. After the incident that happened then, what happened in Godhra and Gujarat and the pictures that were published in the newspapers of those days, while trying to recreate them exactly, this film starts with the disclaimer that this film does not claim to be based on true events. And it ends where a mob of Muslims is setting fire to a railway bogie.
