Jharkhand News: Once again a petrol murder case has come to light in Dumka, Jharkhand. Here a girl from Bihar was murdered and her body was burnt by her lover by pouring petrol on it. On Thursday (18 July) the police recovered the half-burnt body of a girl from Gumro Pahad in Masalia police station area of Dumka district. In this case, the police have arrested a youth from Masalia, Jaiprakash Singh.
Villagers saw the body of a young girl on top of Gumro hill in Masalia police station area of Dumka district on Thursday. They immediately informed the police. When Masalia police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of a young girl near a drain on top of the hill. When the body and the surrounding area were examined, she was identified. According to the police, the young girl has been identified as Pavani, who was a resident of Bounsi police station area under Banka district of Bihar.
What is the whole matter?
It is being told that the girl was having an affair with 26-year-old tanker driver Jaiprakash Singh, a resident of Tumbabel of Masalia police station area, for the last five years. She used to come to her sister’s house in Masalia and was having an affair with Jaiprakash Singh. She was pressurizing Jaiprakash Singh for marriage, while the young man did not want to marry.
In this case, after killing the girl, the youth tried to burn the body to hide her identity. Currently, on the complaint of the girl’s family, the police have arrested the youth and further investigation is going on. In this entire case, Dumka SP Pitambar Singh Kherwar informed that a half-burnt body of a girl has been found. In the investigation so far, the case was found to be related to a love affair.
The deceased’s relative’s house is also located in Dumka’s Masalia police station area where Jaiprakash Singh lives. It was there that the two met. He said that the accused youth has been taken into custody by the police and is being questioned. The whole story will come out only after the youth is questioned and the deceased’s family arrives.
