Whereas Motorola One Fusion+ Not part of the G-Series, but the packaging reminds me of Moto’s popular budget models. This phone comes with only the essentials in the box. It comes with an 18W Turbo Charger, a SIM tray ejector pin and a plastic case. It measures 9.6mm thick, which is definitely on the thick side. It is not light either, as it weighs 210 grams. Motorola The edges of the phone are well curved, which makes it easy to grip in the palm. The thickness and weight of the device may be partly due to the 5,000mAh battery. Such a battery can help it to give good backup.
The other thing I noticed is the lack of a notch or hole-punch on the front panel. Motorola has opted for a pop-up module for the 16-megapixel selfie shooter. This gives you a clean and large 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with thin bezels on the top and sides. The panel is HDR10 certified and has pretty good viewing angles. Motorola has added a powerful bottom-firing speaker to it, which should help improve the video viewing experience.
All the buttons are on the right side of the device and the Motorola One Fusion+ has a dedicated Google Assistant button just above the power and volume buttons. I would have liked it to be on the other side of the frame, which is lying empty, but this is not a concern as the buttons are not difficult to reach when using the device with one hand. The Motorola One Fusion+ has a 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom along with a USB Type-C port.
The Motorola One Fusion+ has a quad-camera setup at the back similar to its rivals. Its primary sensor is a 64-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture. Apart from this, the setup comes with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back with Motorola’s Batwing logo. The scanner is easy to reach and I had no problem unlocking the phone with one-handed use.
Motorola has used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset to power the Indian variant of this phone, while it is sold with Snapdragon 730 chipset in other countries. We expect that with this processor, the Motorola One Fuze+ should score better in graphics tests. It is offered with only one configuration option, which has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. I like that many variants overlap other series, as Xiaomi The storage can be expanded up to 1 TB using a hybrid dual-SIM slot. The Motorola One Fusion+ is a dual-SIM smartphone with dual 4G LTE support. It comes with Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and GPS.
The Motorola One Fusion+ runs on MY UX based on Android 10. The skin feels simple and light and looks like stock Android. Apart from a few pre-installed Google apps, the Motorola One Fusion+ has absolutely zero bloatware which is rare to see these days. Still, Motorola has added some of its useful gestures to it, such as a double-chop to turn on the flashlight and a double-twist to launch the camera app, etc. The UI is very easy to navigate and I did not face any issues here. The Motorola One Fusion+ was running the April security patch, which is not the latest one.
Motorola has priced the One Fusion+ at Rs 16,999 in India, which makes it Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Poco X2 And Realme 6 Pro This pits the Motorola One Fusion+ against the Motorola One Fusion 2.
