Mandsaur Viral Video: A video of a farmer from Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh is going viral. In fact, farmer Shankar Lal Patidar applied for public hearing 25 times in the collector’s office to get his land back, but when the hearing did not take place, he adopted a unique method to attract the collector’s attention.

He reached the public hearing by turning back and forth. After this he again submitted an application to the collector. The discussion of this step of the farmer created a stir in the entire collector’s office.

Farmer Shankar Lal Patidar’s claim?

Farmer Shankar Lal Patidar says that he has 1.76 acres of land i.e. around nine bighas in Surkheda. This land has been registered in the name of Ashwin Deshmukh, son of Babu Narayan Deshmukh posted in the Collector’s office. He has been fighting for 14 years to get his land back, but no one is supporting him.

The farmer also says that Deshmukh tries to take over his land with the help of goons and miscreants. During this period, many disputes took place. The farmer has also expressed the fear of his murder.

Farmer Shankar Lal alleged that his case is not being heard because of Babu Deshmukh. When the farmer was rolling on the floor while going to the Collector’s office to submit his application, he was also shouting loudly that “no one listens to us, our case is not being heard anywhere”.

The district administration is conducting an investigation
Sitamau’s Tehsildar Manohar Lal Verma says that no incident of mafia taking over Shankar Lal’s land has come to light yet. The entire application is being investigated. This matter is related to land purchase. In the year 2010, Ashwin Deshmukh had bought the land.
