Delhi Hospital Firing Case: A patient was shot dead in GTB Hospital in the national capital. The age of the accused was said to be 18 years. During the investigation, the police got a big success. The police have arrested two accused involved in the murder.
The accused are said to be members of the notorious Hashim Baba gang. During interrogation it was revealed that the accused had killed another patient due to mistaken identity. The accused had targeted another patient admitted in the hospital.
During the investigation, the patient admitted in the ward had expressed suspicion on the Hashim Baba gang. He said that the miscreants had come to kill me due to enmity but by mistake killed the patient on the adjacent bed. Some miscreants had shot at the person on July 12. The injured person was admitted to the hospital for treatment. Police teams were formed to catch the accused. The miscreants were identified on the basis of footage. The miscreants’ social media accounts and mobile numbers were found.
Two accused involved in GTB hospital murder case arrested
The accused could be arrested by analyzing the CDR call detail record. The police received a PCR call regarding the incident. After reaching the spot, it was found that the patient Riyazuddin was admitted to the hospital on June 23. According to the police, the patient who was shot dead was brought to the hospital for treatment of stomach infection. On Sunday evening around four o’clock, an 18-year-old youth shot Riyazuddin dead in the ward. Immediately after the information of the murder, the police team reached the hospital. It was found that the patient had died. The deceased was a resident of Khajuri Khas.
