The Delhi Police on Monday filed a supplementary chargesheet in the Parliament security lapse case after the Delhi Police granted sanction to prosecute all six accused under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The chargesheet was filed before Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur of the Patiala House Court. The special public prosecutor told the court that the investigating agency has obtained the necessary sanction for prosecution under Section 13 of the UAPA from the relevant authorities.
