Jharkhand Legislative Assembly Election 2024: The Bharatiya Janata Party has started preparations for the upcoming Jharkhand assembly elections. In this sequence, BJP state president Babulal Marandi honored the booth presidents in the Abhinandan cum Vijay Sankalp Sabha organized by the party in Dhanwar assembly on Sunday (July 14).
During this, Babulal Marandi, while addressing the gathering, made verbal attacks on Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Babulal Marandi said that Hemant Soren had made big promises to Anganwadi workers, assistant policemen and contract workers of the state, but today Hemant Soren is not even looking at them.
‘Government failed to provide jobs to youth’
Accusing the Soren government of the state, Babulal Marandi said that this government is using force on the protesting employees. The law and order situation in the state has worsened. He said, “Due to the criminal incidents happening in the state, employment opportunities are not being created.”
Babulal Marandi said that the Jharkhand government has cheated the youth, the government did not fulfill its promise of giving jobs to the youth. During the last assembly elections, the government had promised to give employment to five lakh youth, it had said that if employment is not given, then allowance will be given. But, the government neither gave employment nor any allowance.
Babulal Marandi claimed victory
Babulal Marandi, the first Chief Minister of Jharkhand, said, “Instead of giving jobs, this government has sold jobs. This government has also looted the youth. We have to uproot this looting government.” While addressing the gathering, he said that a government has to be formed under the leadership of BJP in the upcoming assembly elections in Jharkhand.
Claiming victory in the upcoming assembly elections, Marandi said, “We have to go among the people with a resolution of victory. The condition of the state is not hidden from anyone.” He said that we have to go from here with a resolution that we will uproot this government. I have come here to make this request to all of you.
