Kota News: Strict action will be taken against employees who are negligent in their duties, Secretary-in-charge said bluntly in the review meeting

Rajasthan News: The officials have geared up to complete the announcements made in the budget on time. Kota District In-charge Secretary T. Ravikant reviewed the preparations and plans of the departments. He said that the proposal should be sent to the headquarters as soon as possible for financial and administrative approval. For the proposed bus port, he asked to establish coordination with the officials of Kota Development Authority, Traffic, Transport and Roadways. He said that keeping in mind the commercial activities, the place of the bus port should be identified.

Regarding the announcement of setting up a stone market, T. Ravikant asked to observe the models of other states. T. Ravikant instructed the Superintending Engineer of the Public Works Department to complete the work related to the budget announcement such as estimate and site inspection soon. The Secretary-in-Charge said that a team should be formed at the district level and surprise inspection of various offices should be done. Action should be taken against employees who are careless towards their duty.

Officials serious about fulfilling budget announcements

He instructed senior officers to go to the field and monitor. He said that officers should listen to the problems of the complainants coming to the offices with sensitivity. The Secretary-in-Charge inquired about the preparations made to establish the Spinal Injury Center in the budget announcement. Principal Medical College Sangeeta Saxena said that land has been identified in the New Medical College campus.

He told that this center will have 2 ICU and 12 beds. The Secretary-in-charge said that senior doctors should inspect the wards every evening and take stock of the arrangements. If negligence is found, action should be taken against the employees. He instructed CMHO Kota to effectively prevent seasonal diseases including dengue and malaria. He instructed to provide adequate medicines and other resources in hospitals, CHC-PHC, anti-larva activity and to make the general public aware.
