Delhi Assembly Election 2025: Preparations for the political war regarding next year’s elections have started in Delhi. Political excitement has increased after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its first list of 11 candidates on Thursday (21 November). AAP canceled the tickets of three sitting MLAs and recently showed confidence in six leaders from BJP and Congress.
The party itself has given information about the 11 candidates that AAP has announced in its first list for the Delhi Assembly elections. Elections for a total of 70 seats of Delhi Assembly are to be held in February.
Brahm Singh Tanwar (Chhatarpur)
While giving information, Aam Aadmi Party has said that Brahm Singh Tanwar is an experienced leader, who has many decades of experience in public service. He has deep connections with Chhatarpur area. He is known for his efforts to improve rural infrastructure, water supply and education. His dedication to the development of the region has continued for a long time.
Anil Jha (Kiradi)
AAP believes that former Kirari MLA Anil Jha is known for his ability to solve the problems of citizens and resolve disputes in his area. His leadership style has mainly focused on improving infrastructure such as sanitation and roads, which have been major problems in the region.
Deepak Singla (Vishwas Nagar)
New face Deepak Singla has also got a place in the list of candidates of Aam Aadmi Party. You say that Deepak has been actively working in the Vishwas Nagar area for years. He is recognized for his community-driven efforts, particularly in improving local health services and promoting programs for youth.
Sarita Singh (Rohtas Nagar)
Aam Aadmi Party said that former MLA Sarita Singh has made her mark in the field of women empowerment and education in Rohtas Nagar. As a young leader in the party, he has been praised for his outreach and attention to public problems.
B. B. Tyagi (Lakshmi Nagar)
AAP says that experienced leader in public administration B. B. Tyagi is known for improving local governance in Laxmi Nagar. He has made many efforts to improve waste management and public transport services.
Ram Singh Netaji (Badarpur)
Former independent MLA Ram Singh Netaji joined AAP to strengthen its presence in Badarpur. Aam Aadmi Party claims that they are known for their effective role in resolving land and housing related disputes and have won the trust of their voters over the years.
Zubair Chaudhary (Seelampur)
Giving information, AAP said that Zubair Chaudhary, son of former MLA Matin Ahmed, has been active in solving important problems in Seelampur, especially his focus is on improving education and infrastructure in densely populated areas.
Veer Singh Dhingan (Seemapuri)
Veer Singh Dhingan, who has been a four-time MLA in Delhi, is a senior politician who has many years of experience. AAP says that he is especially known for the upliftment of backward castes and ensuring access to essential services like water, electricity.
Gaurav Sharma (horse)
Aam Aadmi Party has said that youth leader and dedicated party worker Gaurav Sharma is active in promoting education and vocational training programs in Ghonda. Their objective is to create job opportunities for the people of the area.
Manoj Tyagi (Karawal Nagar)
Manoj Tyagi has strong influence in Karawal Nagar. AAP believes that she has been praised for her work on improving local infrastructure and public safety measures.
Somesh Shaukeen (Matiala)
Somesh Shaukeen is a former MLA of Matiala. AAP claims that he is known for solving water shortage and housing issues in the area. Also, Somesh has been active in solving civic problems.
