MLA Ranvijay Sahu Received Death Threat: There is an NDA government in Bihar and all the leaders in power, whether from BJP or JDU, have been continuously saying that there is rule of law in Bihar. Whoever the criminals are, they are not spared, but under the rule of law of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar government, a case of threatening to kill an MLA of the main opposition party RJD over phone has come to light.

Accusation of not filing FIR

The MLA has also alleged that even after three days have passed, the Kotwali police station of Patna has not yet registered an FIR, leave alone arresting the criminals. Morwa assembly MLA of Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal and state principal secretary of the party Ranvijay Sahu has received death threats on phone. He received this threat on the night of 19 November.

Immediately after receiving the threat, he called Patna SSP Rajeev Mishra and told him about his case and also sent an application on mail, but even after three days, the complaint has not been registered yet and no culprit has been arrested. Finally today MLA Ranvijay Shahu has given a written application in the Kotwali police station of Patna. Ranvijay Sahu has written in the application given to the police that on the evening of 19th November, I was at my Veerchand Patel residence in Patna when I received a call on my mobile at 9:39 pm from the number 8873318063.

He said that at that time he was busy on another mobile. After the call was disconnected, I called back after 1 minute at 9:40 and the person started abusing me. But when I told him that I am calling Morwa MLA Ranvijay Sahu, he again started abusing me and at a particular place he called me and said that if you do not come then be ready to face the consequences, even risking your life. Will go.

Information was given to SSP and police station

MLA Sahu has written in his application that at the same time we gave this information to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna over phone. Told the whole thing over the phone. At the same time, information was also given to the SSP and Kotwali police station by email, but even after 3 days have passed, the police has still not been able to find out who the culprit is, which is very unfortunate. He has requested in the application that action should be taken by registering an FIR immediately.
