New Delhi. West Indies has announced its team for the last 3 matches of the 5-match T20 series being played against England. Star all-rounder Andre Russell has been ruled out of the series due to a left ankle injury in the first match. Alzarri Joseph was suspended for 2 matches for leaving the field and showing anger during an ODI match, so he is also not a part of the team.

Shamar Springer has replaced injured all-rounder Andre Russell in the team, while Alzarri Joseph has been included in place of Shamar Joseph. In Alzarri’s absence, West Indies lost against England in the first T20 match as they were unable to defend the target. In the first T20, opener Phil Salt scored his third century against West Indies. In the second T20, captain Jos Buttler made the run chase easy by playing an inning of 83 runs.

On November 14, at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, West Indies will try to save the series in a do or die match. West Indies has not won any T20 match against England in 2024. West Indies have not lost any T20 series against England since 2019. In 2019, England clean swept West Indies in the three-match T20 series. In the last two T20 series, West Indies have defeated England 3-2.
