This assembly election of Maharashtra is going to be important for Sharad Pawar and his nephew Ajit Pawar. While Sharad Pawar’s party has performed brilliantly in the Lok Sabha elections, it is claiming to repeat the same in the Assembly elections.

Sharad Pawar is engaged in election campaign. On Tuesday (29 October) he was campaigning for his grandson Yugendra Pawar. During this he mimicked Ajit Pawar. The people present there started laughing after seeing Sharad Pawar’s style. The video went viral on social media.

Sharad Pawar removed his glasses from his eyes and wiped them with a handkerchief. As soon as he did this, the supporters present in the public meeting clapped. Seeing this, even the founders of NCP started laughing.

Actually, on October 28, Ajit Pawar became emotional. He is also in the fray from Baramati seat. He accused Sharad Pawar of turning the election season into a family fight and said that it takes generations to keep family ties together, but it takes only a moment to break them.

Ajit Pawar is a seven-time MLA from this seat. Ajit Pawar claimed that despite the opposition of his mother (and Yugendra’s grandmother), the Sharad Pawar faction gave the ticket to Yugendra from Baramati.

Addressing a rally in Baramati after filing his nomination papers, the Deputy Chief Minister emphasized that he has Lok Sabha electionsIn this, he has accepted the mistake of fielding his wife Sunetra Pawar against Supriya Sule, the sitting MP of Baramati and daughter of Sharad Pawar.

He said, “Now tell me whose fault it was? I had to fill the form (nomination form) first. My mother had told me not to fill the form against my grandfather. Whatever is happening is not fair. The elders in the family should have advised (Sharad Pawar) about this.”
