BSNL 5G Launch date : BSNL’s 4G services may be launched very soon. The company has also made preparations for this. BSNL 5G Ready SIM Plan

BSNL’s 5G ready SIM is available for Rs 250 in ISMC 2024. It offers the benefits of 45 days validity, daily 2 GB data and unlimited calling. When asked that BSNL’s 4G service has not been launched yet, we were told that the SIM will work on 3G network for now and it will be connected to that network as soon as the 4G service is launched.

The beauty of BSNL 5G Ready SIM is that users will not need to change the SIM even when the company’s 5G services are operational. It is noteworthy that the company has joined hands with Tata Consultation Service (TCS) to roll out 4G and 5G services.

It is claimed that BSNL’s 4G and 5G rollout will be completed on time. This will be an indigenous network. BSNL has also told that it has installed 4G towers at thousands of sites.

BSNL 5G will arrive by next year

According to Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, the company is trying to launch 5G network by June 2025. Speaking at the recent US-India Strategic Partnership Forum ITUWTSA, he emphasized that India is following the world’s lead in 4G, while also leading the way with global growth in 5G and 6G technology. The Union Minister further emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given clear instructions that the government-owned company will not use equipment from any other source. He said, “Now we have a primary and a radio access network, which is fully functional. We plan to create one lakh sites by April-May next year. We have started 38,300 sites till yesterday.” He also said that “We are going to launch our own 4G network, which will transition to 5G by June 2025.
