The state government issued an order on Friday to promote 37 Deputy SPs to Additional SPs. Recently, a consensus was reached in the departmental promotion committee meeting to promote the 2008 batch Deputy SPs. After which, after getting the approval of the Governor, ADG Personnel at the DGP Headquarters issued the promotion order.
