Hajj pilgrims Death: This time the heat has wreaked havoc during the Haj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, at least 22 Haj pilgrims have died. The Health Ministry of Saudi Arabia has confirmed more than 2700 cases of people falling ill due to heat during the Haj pilgrimage.
Jordan’s news agency reported on Sunday that 14 people from the country who had gone to Saudi Arabia for Hajj have died due to heatstroke. A video is going viral on social media, in which dead bodies are seen lying on the roadside and dividers. At present, these videos have not been officially confirmed yet. 61-year-old Hajj pilgrim Aja Hamid Brahim from Egypt told AFP that he saw dead bodies lying on the roadside, it seems as if doomsday has come in Saudi.

The temperature at the Grand Mosque reached 51.8 degrees Celsius

An Indian Haj pilgrim died in Saudi
On the other hand, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry said on Sunday that 14 Jordanian Hajj pilgrims have died due to extreme heat, while 17 others are missing. Iran has reported the death of 5 Hajj pilgrims. Indonesia’s Health Ministry based in Saudi Arabia said that 136 Hajj pilgrims from their country have died, out of which three have died due to heat. This time 1 lakh 75 thousand Hajj pilgrims from India have reached Saudi. There is news of the death of a Hajj pilgrim from Telangana, regarding which people have protested at the Haj House in Nampally.
